The data controller
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The "Data Controller" of their processing is the company Ilaika Consulting, with registered office in Padua, Viale Monte Grappa no. 2.

Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the Padua offices of Ilaika Consulting and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by the System Administrator.

Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

Cookies
No personal user data is acquired by the site, unless the user wishes to apply through the recruiting area.
We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor do we use so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracing users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
However, if you do not wish to receive any type of cookie on your computer, either from the Ilaika Consulting website or from others, you can increase the privacy protection level of your browser using the appropriate function.
Ilaika Consulting would like to remind you that, according to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, you have the right to request at any time those who use such solutions to delete the information collected via cookies.

Optional Data conferment
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms or indicated in any case, to request the sending of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide such information may make it impossible to obtain the information requested.

Treatment modalities
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access. Ilaika Consulting has adopted all the minimum security measures required by law. Ilaika Consulting, drawing inspiration from the main international standards, has also adopted additional security measures to minimise the risks relating to confidentiality, availability and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.

Sharing, communicating and disseminating data
The data collected may be transferred or communicated to the offices of Ilaika Consulting for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the purposes for which the data were collected (such as the operation of the Internet service, the management of the computer and telematic system, or for processing carried out by the same offices for the same purposes).
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (brochures, informational material, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of providing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose (companies that provide enveloping, labelling, shipping services).
Apart from these cases, the data will not be communicated or granted to anyone, except:
- there is explicit consent to share the data with third parties;
- there is a need to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service;
- this is necessary in order to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities.
No data from the web service is disseminated.

Treatment of sensitive data
If a curriculum vitae is sent containing sensitive personal data, i.e. - pursuant to art. 4, letter D of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - data concerning the state of health, political, religious or trade union opinions (or membership of movements or organisations of this nature), judicial data and data concerning racial or ethnic origins, and not bearing an explicit written consent to the processing of such data, such consent will be requested explicitly and in writing. If no response is received within 14 days, the data will be permanently deleted.

Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003).

Under the same article you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.

Changes to these privacy policies
Ilaika Consulting periodically checks its own privacy and security policies and, if necessary, revises them in relation to regulatory, organisational or technological changes. If the policies are modified, the new version will be published on this page of the site.
